A term used to address a cute/fluffy puppy or dog. This term is usually used to address random dogs you see on the street.

She was walking down the narrow road when she spotted a cute, little puppy, and immediately uttered in an endearing voice, "Pluffie!!! Here Pluffie. Awww, you are so adorable."
