Paxtan

Paxtan is a word used to mock the people of Pakistan because their national language is Urdu but it belongs to India and Indians speak it correctly. But Pakistanis particularly Punjabi Pakistanis incorrectly pronounce the name of their own country as Paxtan instead of Pakistan.

Paxtan is facing extreme poverty and hunger.

PITA Factor

Short for "Pain In the Ass Factor", a measure of how irritating a particular person, job or activity will be. Often encountered in the IT world. Sometimes stated with a numerical range, such as "A PITA Factor of 100".

It's not hard to replace a a user's computer, but migrating over all their old stuff has a high PITA Factor.

Pistachio Eyed

Pistachio eyed means that you're so high (blazed) that your eyes start to look like pistachios. Your eye is the pistachio seed and your eye lids are the pistachio shell. The shell on a pistachio slighty covers the seed inside to where you can barely see it which resembles your eyes.
