Commonly known as PSMO. It is the single hardest song that has ever been seen in an arcade release of DanceDanceRevolution. This song makes its appearance in DDR Extreme, and is the Challenge steps to PARANOiA survivor MAX. The difficulty of this song is to the max in every category, save for perhaps Chaos (the song is relatively streamed). The day when a player achieves an A on this song is usually the pinnacle of his (or her) DDR career.

You feel everyone is watching you and constantly passing judgment on you because you make the same mistakes anyone else does, but its somehow different with you because youre just the tiniest bit wierd, and you think everyone knows about you and talks about you and knows you know just because they feed off of your frustration....like that retard dude in the SUV who is looking as you walk down the street at you wierd because its fun to see you get mad...in other words, youre really paranoid and you dont know it, and so you act wierd, which makes everyone notice you. Paranoia Man

An extreme hypochondriac who thinks every small event could be signaling the end of the world. Wears tinfoil hats frequently and thinks swollen lymph nodes could be grave illnesses. Found frequently around the Baltic Sea, goes by the Hoss in some circles. Never go full paranoia man, could be dangerous.
