When a man makes a woman angry for any reason. This will cause the woman to gain the mansanity. Common causes for the mansanity are when men don't call/text when they should, when a man doesn't clean up after himself, when a man is late for a meeting/cancels last minute.

The principle of camouflage applied to concealing management incompetence.

The pretense of management.

The illusion of expertise that management types create to disguise uselessness. The result being as uncomfortable stasis.

Manaflage is characterized by excessive pointless meetings, undecipherable powerpoint presentations, vision statements, smart attire such as expensive suits and company wide communication punctuated with vapid catchphrases.
