Jillian is a loving name that is used for people who have the powers of gods and goddesses. She is a very sweet, nice, caring person who would never stab you in the back. She will always be by your side and always be loyal. People who are friends with a Jillian are very lucky. Not many people are named that since very little people have that extreme amount of power.
