Drivist

A person who is incapable of getting around anywhere without the use of a personal motor vehicle. Often complains online about how cyclists and pedestrians are always breaking laws and getting in their way.

I tend to avoid Greenways, drivists are always using them as shortcuts and yelling at cyclists who are trying to use it.

Diversity Ghetto

Window-dressing section of a college or corporate campus where most or all of an institution's diversity programs are placed. Often consists of a single floor, or single office, often in a remote or inaccessible part of the campus. Offices typically are understaffed, underfunded and expected to be experts on all issues black, brown and gay, and expected to deal with every life issue students of color, women and LGBT students face.

Person 1: Where is Dr. Liz Frazier's office?

Person 2: Who is that?

Person 1: She is head of Multicultural Affairs.

Person 2: Probably in the Diversity Ghetto. It's on the 3rd Floor of Smith Hall, on the other side of campus.

Diversity Shield

When something is bad, but critiquing said thing isn't possible due to the diverse actions or portrayals that occur within.

A: I was bingeing shows on Netflix during Corona and I watched a really bad one called Another Life.
B: What's so bad about it?
A: Pretty much everything. To make sure it wasn't me I went to watch some reviews and noticed that any of them that didn't like the show will get people talking about how diverse the cast is or that there's a female lead.
B: But the shows still shit?
A: Oh yeah, but you can't say shit since the makers used their Diversity Shield to divert any genuine critical debate.
