Some key features of a discord mod are:
Them being a 30+ year old man
Living in their parents basement
Buying nitro for their "discord kittens"

Smelling like moldy cheese
Banning people for bullshit reasons (mostly for putting meme's in general)

and so on

In short they're middle aged men who are idiots

An overweight male pedophile that sits in front of his computer all day. He does not allow anyone to send memes in #general and usually slides into the DM's of unfortunate minor girls. They have no personality and are often unemployed. They can be found in their mom's basements.
When confronted about their vulgar behavior, they will ban you from their server. None of their victims leave Discord unscathed. Many girls (usually 12-year-olds) have sought therapists after these Discord Mods messaged them.

A middle aged fat obese man who...
- lives in his parent's basement
- does not shower
- has at least 5 discord kittens
- is overly reactive, bans and kicks people when they are speaking in a wrong (voice) channel or confronted for doing extremely weird stuff
- always has discord nitro, cannot live without it
- is probably a Redditor as well

Although in extremely rare cases discord mods can also be nice and healthy people.
