Collettes are very strong emotionally and physically. They can withstand almost any emotional stress thrown at them, but they will not always handle it with grace. The act of roaming around the office wasting time and typically distracting other people from doing their work. This normally happens when a person has reached the point in the day when they do not want to do anymore work for the day (reaching their Colette), but instead of going home, they start Coletting around the office.
