Binge Means - Obsession with food or any other thing

facebook binge

The act of going on Facebook 'just to check it for a few minutes' and suddenly finding that it's 3 or 4 hours later and you have no idea where your afternoon went. Commonly occurs when 'quickly checking Facebook' is used as a break in studying/tidying/other necessary but dull tasks.

Oh dear, I was only checking my wall, but now it's four hours later and I've still not started my essay... what a Facebook binge.

I'll burn that bridge when I get to it.

A combination of "I'll cross that bridge when I get to it." and the old addage, "don't burn your bridges". Meaning that you haven't yet arrived at a life obstacle, but you're sure you'll mess it up when you do.

"Hey man, did you figure out how to break the news to Kim that she's got herpes?"
"Nah, I'll burn that bridge when I get to it."

binge posting

When someone posts on Facebook every five minutes throughout the day to complain/rant or tell us everything they have done, read, eaten, bought, seen, heard, etc during the course of the day. Their friends' news feeds end up filled with this person's constant posting, most of it extremely uninteresting.

Friend 1: Dude, I had to hide Jenny from my feed with all her political posts. She's just too out there for me.
Friend 2: Yeah, she's been binge posting about that stuff forever.

Alter Bridge

Probably the best hard rock band out there today. Incredibly underrated.
Their first album was great, and every one since has been both fantastic and a great improvement since the last.

Members: Myles Kennedy - Vocals/Rhythm Guitar, Mark Tremonti - Lead Guitar, Scott Phillips - Drums/Percussion, Brian Marshall - Bass.

Their first album titled 'One Day Remains' had some good tracks on it, but their second album 'Blackbird' built on this and was better in almost every way. ABIII (their third album) was to Blackbird what Blackbird was to One Day Remains. Just incredible.

Example 1:
1) "Have you heard of Alter Bridge?"
2) "No, who are they?"
1) "Only the best Band you've never heard of."

Example 2:
1) "Whatcha listen' bro?"
2) 'Blackbird by Alter Bridge, from their second album entitled "Blackbird"'

1) "holy crap, my ears just came."
