'noah get the boat' is an expression based the Abrahamic idea of 'Noah's Ark', where Noah boards an Ark with a few humans and animals and leave the rest of humanity to die in a destructive flood. The statement is often used when a person sees something so horrible or cursed that they feel like wiping out humanity and starting anew.

The placement of one's face, specifically the mouth, into the area between a woman's buttocks, followed by a rapid shaking of the face in a side-to-side motion accompanied by expelling a large amount of air. The resulting sound that is created sounds similar to an outboard boat motor.

Boblo Boat

Originally a boat that took people to Boblo Island, an amusement park near Detroit, Boblo Boat, is now a term used to describe a place where a person spends much of their adolescence. A person's Boblo Boat is a place where they do lots of maturing. The term was popularized in the 2018 song "Boblo Boat" by Royce da 5'9" featuring J.Cole.

Jim: So what was your Boblo Boat?
Aaron: I have so many late night memories in my 97' Honda Civic, that was definitely my Boblo Boat.
