When one is extremely drunk and farts loudly while barfing violently. Usually a prelude to shitting oneself while drunk. It's a sign to one's friends to get the person away from the party so they don't overly embarrass themselves.

Jodi was so drunk that she barted in front of them.... It was so embarrassing. We took her home before something worse came out. Good thing she won't remember it in the morning!
