Place where stoners wander aimlessly all day, trying to find enough people to "throw in" some money for pot. they then get blazed behind the middle school er wherever and go do stuff in random places all over town.

Stoner 1: "Dude, what do you wanna do?"

Stoner 2: "There's nothing TO do in Canal Winchester."

Stoner 1: "Well, I got like.. 3 bucks. Wanna throw in for some weed?"

Like, 30min later...
