It's when someone "stans" a celebrity/artist because they are popular but they use that person/group to hate on others. They actually don't like the group/person, they just use them to hate other artists.

However it is not unheard that partaking in this almost ritualistic congregation can and most likely will lead to a "Series of LiL-Tokes" proving the overall consumption of Ganja to be on an all time "High".
