Tiggity Toasted

Tiggity Toasted is a phrase used to describe a finished bowl of marijuana, AKA a cashed bowl. When the bowl has been completely finished, a participant will often announce this.

"Hey Adam, is there anything left in the bong?"

"Nah man, it's tiggity toasted!"
