It is slang for dick, but when someone asks you what it is, you tell them "its a fish" but your really calling them a dick. You can also call them a cod sack and if they ask what that is, you reply "its fish eggs".

"Dude, I was codding it so hard last night."

"My mom walked in on me codding"

"What did you do this weekend?"
"Nothing much, I codded it a few times."

"I cod it too much, I think that my joystick is broken."

"Hey, do you wanna' cod with me?"

"Mom says I'm grounded, she caught me codding too much."

"Hey do you wanna hang out?"
"Nah, I gotta do some stuff..."
"Youre probably just codding right now."
