a. A person that is so involved in drugs, alcohol, sex, and general debauchery above what is conceiveably possible.
b. A shady character.
c. Someone that appears to have no moral judgment, self-respect, or general hygiene to the point where he/she is a total laughingstock that must be avoided.

Used convincing people that you think in a unique manner and are on the cutting edge of webdesign lectures (that you saw on the internet).

The art of asking one or more people to keep an eye out for an authority figure while you do something questionable or slightly illegal.

Especially popular with teenagers doing things like graffiti or stealing something from a garden, school, shop etc.

Group of lads are walking down the street when one sees an apple tree in a garden.
