Remote Learning

A piece of shit alternative to in-person learning and the fact that colleges won't reduce the tuition even a little bit is obscene.

It's a fucking joke and there will probably be a reckoning for universities once COVID-19 is alleviated.

College is so rewarding and engaging in-person, but remote learning fucking sucks and students are sick of getting ripped off!

Having control, or perceived control, of the TV remote even though you aren't in possession of it.

Husband: "Hey Baby turn to channel 59. Ok hit 611, commercial? skip over to channel 33 for a minute, back to 59, and turn up the volume, thanks."

Wife: "Stop with the Verbal Remote!"

Has power over volume, muting, pausing, thing being watched, etc

remote reflex

The lightning fast,cat-like reflex of grabbing the remote control to mute or change channels when an uber annoying commercial comes on the TV. Can be anything from a Jennifer Hudson Weight Watcher promo,to a hard-to-watch starving child,animal abuse or child with whooping cough spot.

My remote reflex has been timed at 15/100 of a second.

You know how you have to press a button really hard on a bad TV remote.

While having sex with a girl in the doggie style position, you press her butthole with your thumb like it is a button on a bad remote.

Guy 1: I gave that chick from the bar the bad remote last night.
