Used in a verbal quarrel or intense conversation. If someone is making unnecessary comments or judgments vociferously and disrespectfully, which is not professional and it's not ethical(especially an egoist or radicalism who is overreacting), the person who is fighting feels disdainful or meaningless about the argument can use it for expressing sensation about his/her contentions are pointless and also makes them feel overwhelmed, embarrassed and ashamed.

The person talks to himself/herself out loud and is ignored.
