Hobo, meaning homeward bound, first was used for soldiers coming back from the american civil war. But now we just use it to describe homeless people otherwise knowen as bums tramps or sometimes just errrrr look at him.

Random people on the street who constantly ask you for money. when you do give them money they spend it on drugs and alcohol. This is when you pascal them and kill them

Joe:Hey Bob did you see those hobos on the street the other day?

Bob: Yeah I did someone mustve pascal'd them. Then MURDERED THEM!!!
Joe:Probably because they took the epic beard man's money and were going to use it on alcohol.

it's a term mainly used after someone is acting poor-ish but isn't really poor. asking for money when they have some.
or asking for a ride when they have a car but doesn't want to use gas.

example 1: "HEY MAN, THINK I CAN GET A RIDE??, NO HOBO."

example 2: "HEY MAN U GOT ANY WEED I FORGOT MY SHIT AT HOME SO NO HOBO."
