Basically the average american or the typical Wal-Mart customer:

Likes to wear john deer hats but never rode a john deer nothing in their life.

Drives pickup trucks but no part of there life requires them owning a pickup truck.

Wears "Don't mess with Texas shirts and has confederate flags all over their trunk but lives, and has never left, Connecticut.

Hicks are the worse due to their failed attempt to convince people they are country/hillbillys when the concept is already fucking retarted. So a hick is like a super retarded person.
