A fake Chinese person. An oriental looking person that works at a Chinese restaurant just because they look Chinese.

Dude! I went to the Mandarin House the other day and I tried to order using the few words in Mandarin that I know and the waitress just looked at me like a dog being offered a biscuit. I asked her if she spoke Mandarin or Cantonese and she turned out to be Thai! She was a Fauxchinko!
