Much like rochambeau except the person who kicks first then immediately concedes the contest so that he doesn't have to get kicked in the nuts.

warning: if you fauxchambeau someone you should expect a return kick to your nuts when you least expect it.

Dude 1: Hey I'll rochambeau you for that last slice of pizza
Dude 2: Ok

Dude 1 kicks Dude 2 in the balls

Dude 2: uggghhh... my turn
Dude 1: nah, I'm full anyway, I just wanted to kick you in the nuts
Dude 2: oh man thats a total fauxchambeau, you better not sleep tonight
