Echelon

Computer system operated by NSA for purposes of locating possible threats through scanning of electronic communications.

The system takes random samplings of all communication types including voice, and scans them for keywords, such as anthrax, in most languages. If it finds one, whatever uplink you used will be listened to more often, and common occurances of keywords may promt the system to alert a human operator.

Unless you are talkin about that sorta stuff all the time, you'll never even be noticed.

eechi

(not to be confused with the softcore hentai ecchi), is a term made up by a famous author in Georgia. It is used to describe an object that is particularly small in size and possibly even depressed because of its comparison to the rest of the world. Eechi is usually widely criticized for its miniature size. It can also be used twice in the same term, such as "eechi eechi" to add emphasis.

Naomi: Wow, that Asian driver is so eechi!
Timothy: I know, right? How can he even see over the steering wheel?

Ralph: Your pet pony is so eechi eechi.

Cole: Uhm, Ralph...that's not my pony. *looks down*

Escherian Stairwell

An apparent stairwell located in RIT building seven. The Escherian Stairwell is seemingly never-ending as it loops continuously either up or down depending on which direction an individual goes.

RIT Student 1: "Hey do you know where my class is?"

RIT Student 2: "Yeah. Just go up the Escherian Stairwell until floor five."

RIT Student 1: "This is a three-storey building."

RIT Student 2: "No it's not. Wanna go to class or what?"
