A condition where a user of Discord or a similar chat platform will insist on using correct punctuation and capitalization in everyday conversation, despite not having a valid reason to do so.
So named for affecting mostly Discord mods and backseat moderators. The condition is thought to be caused by the belief that using perfect grammar makes an individual sound more mature, so much so that it should be used in normal conversation. These users attempt to compensate for their otherwise immature behavior by speaking as though they were in a professional environment, despite "Discord server moderator" not being a real profession.
Risk factors include being a mod/backseat mod, having a superiority complex, and being 10 years old.
