Loose change used for playing card games to gamble in an amount insignificant to most but to others with a more complex frame of mind, while highly intoxicated or under the use of other narcotics used strictly for glaucoma purposes, a catastrophic denomination of money that will accumulate to riches in an eventual future date. This theory specifically intended for those with a high win ratio.

In a game of scat one may say, " it's just 75 cents" and be subject to a long speech kindly shortened in the above "Definition" section.
