The 21st century object of fear to scare white Americans into supporting the "War on Terror" which, in fact, created more terrorism than any time in history.

Their logic was this war would "keep the terrorists on their toes," when in reality it was to fatten the wallets of war profiteers and created power vacuums that allowed terrorism to flourish where it was rejected before and Iran and Russia to expand their influence.
