Bieber Dam

A Bieber Dam is when a large horde of Justin Bieber fans block entrys, doors, halls, roads etc. similiar to a beaver dam.

John: Hey I think Justin Bieber's signing autographs in the mall food court today
Sam: Ya he is, did you see the size of that Bieber dam? no one can get through to the other side of the mall.
