Individuals suffering from Appdiction often find themselves accumulating hundreds or even thousands of apps, leading to cluttered devices, anxiety over choices, and a constant craving for the next download.

My Appdiction has taken over my life; with over 1,300 apps on my iPhone and countless more deleted, I can’t remember the last time I felt satisfied with just one.
