Thirstographer

The state of being incredibly thirsty, usually combined with a potent laziness that prevents one from obtaining a drink without asking someone to get it for him/her first. Both of these symptoms are commonly drug-induced.

2) A person who is non-social to anyone they are attracted to because they do not want to be deemed thirsty
