A series of games that has become a sellout, especially cod mobile.

The last proper call of duty before Activision sold out was world at war. Cod ghosts had a nice campaign but was leaning a bit into the sellout category, as it was too short and not cheap. cod mobile is an absolute sellout. Don’t get me started on the rigged EOMM, stupid mythic weapons and other aspects that make it a sellout.

call of duty mobile

A controversial mobile game that has decent battle royale and interesting MP game modes. The controversy starts with ranked MP as it's known that the game is using a highly controversial EOMM (engagement optimised matchmaking) system instead of a fairer SBMM (skill based matchmaking. Another spark of controversy is 'mythic' weapons and skins that cost real money. They perform no better than the vanilla weapons, only produce special effects when an enemy is killed with the mythic version. One of the best gamemodes in my opinion is BR in Alcatraz and is one of the only reasons I keep codm installed on my phone. The non ranked MP is decent enough. But ranked MP is a controversial and rigged mess.

Battle royale in Alcatraz is the only decent game mode in call of duty mobile. Ranked team deathmatch can be thousands of times more difficult than doom on ultra nightmare difficulty.
