A R.A.T, or Radioactive Agenda Terrorist is someone who spreads Agendas expeditiously. They are considered Radioactive because the Agenda is usually spread in a toxic way. Although they may be terrorizing the internet, specifically YouTube and Twitter, real rats are usually having fun and are being playfully toxic. Alternatively, a lesser known meaning for R.A.T can also be "Rampant Agenda Tyrant", because whenever one starts to talk, it can feel like witnessing a king running rampant with the power of Agenda. You can also be a R.A.T simply by being a supporter of Jay D. Legend on YouTube or Twitch.
