Paperwork and bureaucracy in general, emphasis on the ridiculous. Inappropriate use of the public services, legal system and emergency services for a 'private matter', home affairs and requires form filling and patients. You will be served with a large pile of painanal, and if your a real sadist, fucked up the arse. Only enjoyed by those who are anal and don't understand verbal communication and diplomacy.

He always leaves the seat down, puts knives in the spork draw and leaves the TV on channels 2 or 4 and hides the remote......last night he farted in his sleep so enough was enough and I called 999 for them to section him. 1 year on, I've been buried in a pile of painanal and hit for 100 k in fines. Next time I'll put ant powder in his Fanta or stick his toothbrush up my arse (but he may like that) and be karma.
