Literally: to accidentally blast one's own genitalia off via a negligent discharge of a firearm that is being "carried Mexican."

Mexican castration almost happened to Plaxico Burress when his (.40 S&W) Glock 23 went off and struck him in the thigh at that New York night club because he had his piece tucked into the waistband of his sweatpants. But seriously, despite the fact that he could have shot his own balls off, who wears sweatpants to a nightclub?

A nonsensical dress code that people slap onto events, parties, and workplaces.

Completely down to interpretation; this always causes confusion and often spectacular results.

A mixture between smart and casual - should not be taken literally.

Andy- "What's the dress code tonight?"
Bob- "Smart Casual"
Andy- "Well what the hell does that mean?!"

Jim- "Hey, is Andy wearing jogging bottoms with that blazer?!"

6th Street Casualty

Someone who will spend a couple of nights a week going to the notorious 6Th Street down in Austin, TX. They usually are in credit dept, a dwi or pi on their record, and are alcoholics. They consider the clubs and bars their second home.

I feel sorry for my sister. She spends all of my parent's money going to 6th Street. I get the feeling she will never grow out of it and just end up being a 6th Street Casualty.
