It is used when someone’s been in such a deep, oblivious sleep they might as well be manning Pakistan’s Air Defence during the 2025 war aka sleeping through a full cinematic universe of missiles. Originated post the infamous incident where even China-made radar systems said “nah fam” and ghosted.
Use it when someone’s sleep is so legendary, even their alarm clock gives up. Not just knocked out, strategically offline.
