He's a combination of a Fuckboy and an Incel.
He constantly objectifies women and thinks he's cool but he isn't. He plays fortnite all the time and gets constantly aggravated. If you do the slightest thing too anger him he will puff up his chest and challenge you too a fight.
Although Not all Ryan's are like this, most are.

I bumped into into some guy yesterday and he kept saying that he would fight me, ugh what a Ryan.
