To make a large amount of poor choices with the people you sleep with when you’re young. Goes both ways gender wise, with differences in interpretations. A guy who’s “young, dumb, and full of cum” is essentially looking to have sex with any girl (or guy) he meets, or lets his dick do the thinking, often ending himself up in precarious situations that’s could easily be avoided had he just not been so focused on the sex. A girl who is “young, dumb, and full of cum” has essentially slept with a bunch of guys that, in hindsight, weren’t great guys to sleep with. The definition thus refers to the quantity of cum the person is either shooting or taking, and most often occurs in one’s 20s, hence the phrase, “Young, dumb, and full of cum.”
