cottage shirt

A shirt worn at a cottage and around town while cottaging. MUST be a plaid collared shirt, but with only 2 buttons done up (no buttons is also allowed) and the sleeves rolled up. Used for protection from cold wind and bugs and in stores that require shoes and a shirt (flip flops are mandatory while cottaging) Can be worn for as many days as needed since cleanliness doesnt matter and laundry isnt done at a cottage.

Mom: are you all packed for the cottage?
Me: yeah i have my swim trunks and my cottage shirt what more do i need?
Mom: (muttering) kids these days...
