That moment at the end of a movie (Hackers, Anti-Trust, Johnny Mnemonic, or The Running Man) in which the bad guy's evil plans are spilled to the world over one (or several) large screens, often broadcast over a large city block or two.
We were watching a movie about an evil conglomerate when the Big Boss's plans were revealed in a Giant Screen Reveal as he spoke them without realizing they were being broadcast.
