Verb. Origin: Late 1970's American English
The act of sliding one's fingers along the urethra of a penis while giving felatio such that semen will be liberated directly into the giver's mouth. A motion akin to that of sliding into one's mouth the frozen goodness inside the plastic sleeve of an otter pop.
