wordstuff 

A poem, an article, a love-letter, a speech - anything and everything that is made of words. Wordstuff is an umbrella term, perhaps a modern replacement for the word "literature." With the democratization of platforms, anyone can play with words and create stuff in whatever shape and form; and that has led to the emergence of a world swimming in wordstuff.

A primitive grunt, some are longer than others, that is made to convey a meaning of something. In recent times words can also be found in writing on physical or digital canvases to help show a meaning. For example, if you can read this, you are reading words.
