Literally: Pretending to jack off like a guy, by hitting your hand against the underneath of a table repetitively.

Slang for jerking off.

Much like a shotgun hit in which one person takes a hit of any smoked substance and blowing it into their smoking partners mouth but not. Instead it's where a smoking partner takes a hit and seals their lips to another persons chocolate star fish and blows the the smoke or vapor up their partners asshole
