Poser Girl

In this case, the poser girl im explaining is the skateboard poser girl. Ya know em. They go to your high school. There in your class. They wear skateshoes that are easy to get to, like etnies. They will wear jackets like fox, volcom, and element. They usually havent skateboarded a day in there life, or if they did, then it was probably just one day. If they think that degrading a good sport for popularity is alright, then obviously they arent right in the head. Let then realize the hard way that is your gonna advertise, you better have the skills by staying away from them. A way to pick out a true Skater Chick is if they wear harder to get skateboard brands, suck as my favorite company, Emerica, or other brands like DGK, Chocolate, or Mystery. If you have proof that they actually skate, dont hate.

That hoe is such a poser. Shes too mainstream and preppy to step a foot on a skateboard.

Yea, i hate it when a prep turns into poser girl.

Poser

Posers are sort of jive turkeys, they have a phobia of showing their true selves to the world, therefore; to counter-balance their fear, they try to fit-in by appealing to society and swallowing whatever the media shoves down their throats.

Alex is a preppy guy with almost no style that listens to whatever music his big brother listens to. One day, Alex becomes friends with Roger. Roger on the other hand has mad style, does graffiti and listens to underground RAP. A week later, Alex decides to start dressing up like Roger, listen to the same music and also claims to have a passion for graffiti...

Now my friends, this is a perfect example of a poser. Someone who's affraid to be judged, and rathers blending in... In sum, alex is a Robot, a society drone, an empty soul.

i willl admit i hate asslee simpson and people who pretend to be punk but all they care about is seeing how many TV screens their face will be plastered on how many teenyboppers will buy their clothingline and who they can hook up with they think if they act mad and wear black they are punk its not about what you where or fashion its about the music!!!!!!!

what they listen to might get them labeled as posers by other people too

also if you just started listening to a band after their most recent record people consider you a poser but i dont get why they do this i mean obviously there was a time when they had just started listening to them! and when will these "newbies" be considered die-hard fans like the people who lord it over them now?! some people dont have access to the resources needed to know about a band the second they form and start performing it seems like alot of the time people calling other people posers is just being stuck up and snobby and most of the people doing the "name calling" are the people who try to "rebel" against snobbyness i mean do you have to shop at hot topic to not be a poser? but wait hot topic is for "posers" so i mean we are all entitled to our own point of view but in the end we are all just posers

poser metal

Poser Metal's most popular example is the entire Nu-Metal genre. Bands such as Limp Bizkit, Korn, Slipknot, Linkin Park, Staind, Papa Roach, System of a Down, ect.

These bands are posing to be metal. If you ever listen to these bands, they're clearly not metal at all. They're in it for the money. Metal all about the technicality of the music and musicians skill. These bands have no talented musicians and their music is no where near technical.

Poser : Dude some faggot called Slipknot poser metal! They were just played on TRL along with Hawthorne Hieghts. They're so fucking metal.
