Get the House intromug. noun. Short for the House of Representatives; one of the two houses of Congress, where mass debation (a pun on masturbation) occurs. Thus, the term 'house-of-reps' can be used to humorously and perhaps more subtly indicate one's prior engagement in the act of masturbation.
verb. 'house-of-repping' - to debate on a mass scale, ergo. to masturbate.
