Conceding

There's no sense in conceding an election before all the votes are counted, it's the same thing as giving up to the other guy. If the other guy wouldn't relinquish power even if he lost, why would you concede to him? There's not much point in having higher ground to stand on if the other guy is still there telling you where and how to stand.

Conceding an election is pointless, the other guy thinks of it as weakness. The other guy is glad he ran against somebody too dumb and weak to get to where they wanted to go, that's how they look at it.

Concert

A Ghanaian term that is usually exclaimed to express disdain or contempt at an incident, or action done by a person which is a complete display of foolishness, nonsense, or utter mediocrity or doing something very embarrassing, or lacking any sense of acumen. A clown!!

Imagine just randomly having a concert in the midst of random people, jumping an singing to an unwarranted or inobservation. Yes, that don't make no sense!!!

This word means the object of the word is a comedian—in a bad way.

Someone who makes people laugh by being so foolish in life or making very foolish decisions or not being so bright. A clown!!

It is used similary to exclaiming, nonsense!!! Or clown !!! 🤡

Student: "forgets to bring a pen and a calculator to the examination hall"
Teacher: Concert!!! How could you forget!!!

Can also be used in Ghanaian pidgin English as a noun.

Eg.

Kwasi: hey kwame, you dey remember Kevin?

Kwame: that concert!!! Yes, i do. He mana lef school in accra a night before our exam to get laid all the way way in Tamale. Eventually he couldn't make it back in time to write his exam.
Kwasi: 😂 hahaha, he no get sense!!!
