pencil monster

A dynamic workout move that combines cardio and strength, where one starts with hands clasped straight above the head (“pencil”) then jumps into a deep squat with hands open at chest height (“monster”) and then jumps back up with hands clasped above the head (“pencil”). This move was invented by Fitness Guru & Life Coach Morgan Brand who focused on women’s health and is a variation of the “squat jack”.

The act of no longer using a pencil that was in your backpack as a way to remember an event that happened during class. If something memorable happens, you take the pencil out of your backpack and leave it to never be used again to keep the memory.

Verb. The act of pooping immediately after a meal. Very much like the pencils with lead cartridges where you stick a cartridge in one end, and one comes out the other end.

Noun. One who frequently poops immediately after a meal.
