A Sgt Scott is someone who will micromanage all subordinates in an occupation or field, and will complain when something doesn’t go his/ her way. He/ she will also attempt to impress superiors by any means necessary, including, but not limited to: agreeing with any statement a superior makes, sexual favors, and purchasing of goods for said superiors.
