Instead of scrolling through your news and social media looking for news to upset you or get angry about as you come across the new Karen story, you spend your time looking through content on sites that provide positive news that makes you feel cheerful instead

I ditched scrolling through my Facebook newsfeed in the morning because it made me feel depressed. Instead, I've been cheerscrolling by scrolling through body positivity accounts on Instagram, which makes me feel better about myself
