Particularly affected are those following Chelsea.

Dragon is known as the “World Worst Criminal”. He is mysterious. Hes from the anime called “One piece”. Most people know that Sabo (Luffy’s Brother) Is in the Revolution army with he's father. No one knows too much about him.
