A hair grooming technique used by adolescent males who take pride in looking like complete douchebags, or "tools." Style consists of long bangs and a shaved back of the head. In the most unfortunate cases, hair on top of the head is worn gelled and sticking up.

Note: may also be accentuated with bad yellow highlights, and serves the purpose of turning women off those sporting these dreadful locks.

jessie: hey, caitlin! Your boyfriend's tool cut is pretty heinous.
caitlin: i know! it sort of makes my eyes bleed when i look at him.
jessie: that haircut has "i'm about to be single" written all over it.

tool depot

someone that is an even bigger douche and the previous terms such as: tool, tool box, tool belt, and tool shed...just aren't enough to describe said douche. therefore that person is considered the entire tool depot.

Sara: That guy is such a tool.
Ellen: Yeah he's a total tool box.
Ashley: Nah he's a toool shed.
Ellen: Fuck that...he's the whole tool depot.

More toolish than a toolbox. Someone who is worthy of an entire isle of tools such as Home Depot. Yet they are not quit toolish enough to fill the whole store.

Tool Bitch

The guy who can't really help you fix the car you are working on or anything else for that matter. So to make them feel like they are worth anything at all you allow them to get you the tools you need for the job. Which is your first mistake cause this person is to much of a tard to know what tool you are talking about so you end up having to get it yourself.

Me: Hey can you hand me a Phillips Screwdriver and some Channel Locks.

Tool Bitch: Sure thing buddy ole pal... Phillips are the flat ones right? And what do Channel locks look like?

Tool Bagger 

1) Some one who is more than a tool, They just keep adding more things to make them more of a tool.
2) Usually a girl, but not exclusively, who continually dates unsuitable people and hence bags tools. Therefore they are a tool bagger. I.e they are collecting tools.
3) An individual within the tool manufacturing industry whos job it is to bag the tools. E.G they must bag all the tools into a tool kit before sale to the public.
