Sandboxism

The philosophical view that the world is fundamentally a sandbox—a finite space with infinite possibilities, where you can build, destroy, create, and explore within certain constraints, but where nothing is permanent and everything is ultimately subject to the next tide or the next child with a bucket. Sandboxism embraces both the freedom to construct meaning and the humility of knowing all constructions are temporary. It's existentialism with better metaphors: you're in the sandbox, you didn't choose to be here, the sandbox has rules, but what you build is up to you—and it will all be flattened eventually, so build anyway.

"I'm stressed about my career, my legacy, my life choices. Then I remember Sandboxism: I'm just a kid in the cosmic sandbox, building castles that will wash away. So build a really cool castle, have fun doing it, and don't forget to eat snacks."

Sadboy

Someone who makes their entire identity about being "sad", while doing nothing but perpetuating their own sadness. Known for self-sabotage, dependence on alcohol and drugs, self-medicating, disappointing people, blowing off responsibilities, claiming to be "doing better", not actually "doing better", hurting decent folks and attracting indecent nouns (people, places and things).

May also be sort of gay.

That Mack fellar is a real Sadboy, I heard he even got it as a vanity plate on his car! Decent music though.

Sandburg Regional Highschool

Sandburg Regional Highschool is a mixed bag, it's full of students with large ambition, inner strength and smarts and intelligence. A lot of people here are mostly misguided and make stupid and rash decisions because of it, but as we all know that's just apart of growing up. The staff are typically pretty understanding, especially the hallway paras. The place is actually surprisingly welcoming despite it being an alternative school. The only annoying part of being there is the lunches, the constant drama and gossip, the fights, and people who just can't get a handle on their smoking habits and decide to give everyone second hand exposure to their joints and carts at the start and end of the day on the bus.

person 1: dude, sometimes I hate Sandburg Regional Highschool students. did you hear about what happened in the girls bathroom?
person 2: what? no what happened?
person 1: yeah pretty much a girl lit toilet paper on fire and thought it'd be funny.
person 2: what a fucking dunce, no wonder the bathrooms were locked down.
